Your parcel transport

The parcels are usually sent within 24 hours after we received your payment. The standard delivery method is “Colissimo” without signature. If you would like to have your parcel with signature, an extra cost will add, but you will a to contact us for it. The delivery cost includes packing, handling and the shipping cost. This may change a few sometimes because of the price and weight of your parcel. We advice not to join orders but make a unique order to reduce the cost. We can not join two different orders, we will have to pay the shipping cost for each of them. If the parcel content fragile product in it, we will take care of it. The parcel will always be a comfortable and safe.

Returns and exchange

Each product that you buy cannot be refund. If you want exchange one or multiple products you will have to do it before the first 30 days following the delivery. To exchange a product, you will to choose an equivalent or less worth product than the one you received.
