On the day of the purchase, the current use and condition terms available on the website are the official conditions to follow.

Object

The current conditions are made to define the modality of payment between Glorious eyes and the user of the website, from the order to the customer services m including payment and delivery.

Delivery and Return

The transport of the good

The parcels are usually sent after 24hours after receiving your payment. The usual delivery way is the postal parcel followed, given without signature. If you wish to be asked for a signature, an adding cost needs to be applied. Please contact us for further information. The delivery fees undertake the wrapping, and postal fees. They can vary according to the price or the weight of your order. It is widely advised to group all your purchases in a single order. We can not group distinct orders, the shipping cost would be applicable for each one. Your package is shipped at your own risk, however a special care is taken for sensitive goods. The packaging is solid and made bigger in order to safe all the transactions.

Returns and exchanges

The products purchased are not reimbursed. The swap of a product is accepted within 30 days after the delivery date for a size swap. If you wish to swap products, you can only swap for a good costing the same or inferior price that the product's worth.

Delivery cost

Parcels are sent from Switzerland with 'La Poste', economy option, or priority option according to the delivery choice ticked.

Sending your order

If order is placed between Monday 10 AM and Friday 6 PM, it will be posted between 24 and 48 hours. The order is sent by 'La poste' on the day until 12 AM, the day after if after 12 AM.

Status

Preparation of the order: your order has succeeded, we are preparing your parcel to be send.
 

Delivered your order has been posted and on the way to the postal address written down during the ordering process.

Problem with the payment: a mistake happened during your attempt to pay, please try again or change the way of payment.

Waiting for the cheque : the process of sending the parcel will start when your cheque will be received.

Awaiting payment via PayPal: the process of sending the parcel will start when your payment via PayPal will be received.

Awaiting payment via bank transfer: the process of sending the parcel will start when your bank transfer will be received

Awaiting payment via credit/debit card: the process of sending the parcel will start when your money will be received.

Cancelled: your order has been canceled because of a non-payment or because of your own decision.

Reimbursed: your order has been reimbursed (your own cancellation after having paid and before the delivery of your product).

Cancelling an order

 it is possible to cancel an order , but only if the package hasn’t been sent yet. You can contact us via the contact page if you wish so.

Use of Visa / MasterCard / American Express / PayPal

Glorious Eyes do not have access to any of your own personal bank data details.
All transactions are secured thanks to a encrypt  ssl , guarantying the identity of the organism of the payment and the confidentiality of the data.

Modality of payments:

- Online, for credit or debit card:

Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
Money is only going to be taken when the parcel is sent. in case of an out of stock, there will be not money taken.

- Online via PayPal: By choosing PayPal you are automatically redirected on your own account.

Responsibility

Glorious Eyes has for all the steps of the process and for all the previous steps the conclusion of the contract and an obligation of result. Therefore Glorious Eyes is willing to describe with an extremely careful accuracy the products sell on the website. However  Glorious Eyes responsibility can not be sued. It can only be sued if there is a non-respect of the clause of the terms and conditions. Similarly, Glorious Eyes responsibility cannot be sued if there is Internet maintenance issue, or a virus.

Anything conserved in Glorious Eyes informatic's system is considered as proofs, communications and payments between the supplier and buyer.

All the present conditions are submitted under the swiss law regulations, the trial in case of a ligitation will be the one from the defense home address or the delivery address. This website is under the swiss legislation and this could not be changed even if you access the website from another country.
